This video shows you how to make kon siu sauce - delicious with chips, chicken and vegetable balls, and more!
Ingredients:
handful of diced sweet peppers
¼ onion (diced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
100ml tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli bean sauce
3 ½ tbsp sugar
Instructions:
1) Heat up 3 tbsp oil
2) Add in garlic and sautee
3) Then add sweet peppers and onion
4) Add in chilli bean sauce
5) Mix in tomato ketchup
6) Add in sugar and mix altogether
7) Once the sauce begins boiling, turn off heat
