So I just had a baby recently so I'm looking to get back into shape and start working out again. I stumbled across the Chloe Ting 2 Week Ab Challenge and Day 1 already has me trembling. I'll be trying Day 2 later on but Here's How my first attempt went. I'm excited to see if I'll get and in 2 weeks with this 2 weeks shred challenge! I'm going to do this everyday to lose weight. let's see if this and workout out helps me to get that 11 line abs in 35 days. A 2 weeks program is easier to commit to and I can always do it again after I finish it!
