In this flow class, we employ eagle pose (garudasana) in a variety of ways, to open up the sacrum, and stretch the outer hips. We stretch on our backs, reclined cow pose, and eagle, in a twist, throw in some core strengthening, and balancing. No worries if you can't do full eagle, crossed thighs works, and will help you open that tight sacrum. Enjoy, Love and laughter, Lauren
