FULL BODY POWER WORKOUT | Athletic Strength + Conditioning
This Full Body Power workout is designed to make you train and feel like an athlete. These sessions combine explosive strength training, athletic conditioning, endurance, and bodyweight control to build power, coordination, and total-body strength.
You’ll work your legs, glutes, core, upper body, and cardiovascular system through dynamic, multi-directional movements that challenge stability, speed, and control. Expect to leave this workout feeling strong, powerful, and capable!
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
4 Sets:
• Double DB Squat — 8–10
• Weighted Shuffle — 8–10/side
• Side Plank Eccentric Dip — 30 sec/side
3 Sets:
• Full Body Press — 8–10
• Tabletop Drop Push-Up — 8–10
• Hollow Hold to Bicycle — 8–10/side
Finisher:
• Glute Bridge
• Hamstring Bridge
• Glute Bridge Hold
