Many anxious flyers and others don’t realise that they reinforce their fears by the automatic experience of relief when they realise the flight is almost over or if it’s been cancelled.
In this video, I show why this is not just unhelpful, but how it can make you fear worse. And I also explain how to change that behaviour with appropriate “self-talk”. “Mindfulness” does not get a mention!
