Carnivore(ish) Keto Lemon Cheesecake

Recipe:

16 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons monkfruit (https://amzn.to/4fidcM2)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Whip together the above mixture

Crust crumble:
1/2 cup pork panko (https://amzn.to/46xiReP)
1/2 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon monkfruit

Mix together and bake on a sheet at 350 for about 5 minutes
