Part 9 of our Bulgaria series was a session taken by a guest instructor Colin Holmes Sensei. Taking us all (many for the first time) through the Kata Ji'in. The 3rd in what is commonly known as the Temple Kata series with Jitte and Jion. Although not practiced generally in Wado-Ryu it was still an interesting and technically difficult Kata. This video is a trimmed down version of the 1 hour class and offers a walk through guide to the moves and sequences of the Kata.
