I make 2 modifications to my goalie pads that make them more effective for playing ball hockey.

I use Nike Shox with these pads and boot straps.
*Update...since making this video, it was suggested to lose buckle on the slider side of the pad. I made this modification and attached a mushroom ended strap and it works much better for me.
