Workout:
▸ Round 1: 30 sec on, no rest
High Plank Hold
Climber + 3 sec hold
Low plank hold
Low plank rocks
Side plank hold
Side plank dips
Side plank hold
Side plank dips
Diagonal climbers

▸ Round 2: 30 sec on, no rest
Crunch + alternating knee in
Table top crunches
Crunch + toe tap
Alternating leg out + knee hug
Hollow + knee hug
Reverse crunches
Ab hold
Leg drops
Flutter kicks

▸ Round 3: 30 sec on, no rest
Knee to elbow + toe tap
