Ingredients:

For the Cakes:
1/4 cup (60g) Milk at room temperature
1/4 cup (70g) Honey or Molasses
2 Tbsp (27g) Vegetable oil
1 cup (120g) All-purpose flour
1/4 cup (45g) Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 tsp Ground ginger (optional)
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg (optional)
1/4 tsp Ground cloves (optional)
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)

For the Filling:
1 cup (160g) White chocolate (use a good-quality real white chocolate not candy melts, almond bars, or substitutes)
1/3 cup (80g) Heavy cream, warm

For the Coating and Decoration:
About 250g of Semi-sweet chocolate for coating (coating chocolate that does not require tempering is fine)
About 40g of White chocolate for piping designs (coating white chocolate is okay too)
