☀️BREAKFAST
EGG CHEESE + SAUSAGE TACOS
MADE 6 TACOS - 1 TACO IS 4 POINTS
➡️Toppings I added is green dragon hot sauce , light sour cream, and cilantro.
➡️What you need:
5 eggs
1 cup great value fat free shredded cheese
4 butterball turkey sausage patties
tammed pickled jalapeno's
6 white flour tortilla wraps
trader joes onion salt
➡️How to make:
Step 1 -Crack and whisk your eggs add onion salt, cook your sausage in the pan on each side until lightly brown, then cook/ scramble your eggs.
Step 2 - In a casserole dish add your tortilla wraps, then assemble your tacos with all your ingredients, last bake on 400 for 12-15 minutes.

THAI AIR FRYED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
MADE 5 SERVINGS AND 1/4 CUP IS 1SP
➡️Serving on top of a big salad.
➡️What all you need:
bag of fresh brussel sprouts
pam spray
salt + pepper
1/4 cup trader joes thai curry sauce
➡️How to make:
Step 1 - Wash your brussel sprouts then cut ends off, place in the air fryer and spray
with pam spray and season with salt and pepper then air fry on 350 for 10 minutes, next take out toss them and cook additional 6 minutes.
Step 2 - Add your brussel sprouts into a bowl and add 1/4 cup thai curry sauce tossing together so everything is evenly coated.
💜DINNER
POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE
MADE 5 SERVINGS AND 1/5 th OF CASSEROLE IS 4 POINTS
!! Serving with mashed potatoes and green beans!!
➡️What you need:
1.3 lbs of chicken breast , cut in small pieces
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz)
65 grams of reduced fat ritz crackers
2 tbsp light land o lakes butter
butter spray ( add to top)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup non fat greek plain yogurt
➡️How to make:
Step 1 - In a casserole dish spray with pam spray, then add your chicken and cut up into bite size pieces with scissors, then add non fat greek yogurt, can of cream of chicken, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce, add half of your poppy seeds and save the rest for the top, mix everything together and place aside for next step.
Step 2 - Microwave your butter , then in a separate bowl add your ritz crackers and melted butter and with a fork smash your crackers, then place over top your casserole.
➡️!! this is when i added more crackers and spray butter to the top!!
Step 3 - Next bake on 375 for 35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and crackers are golden brown.
📢 Please note that all points are for the WW Blue Plan + Baking time may differ from mine because I do have a gas oven so please alter your cooking time if needed, also all recipes can be altered to your taste or size preference :)
