Cauliflower Manchurian/Gobi Manchurian in Tamil/How to make crispy Gobi Manchurian/Starter recipe

Ingredients:
காலி ப்ளவர் ( cut செய்தவை)Cauliflower
florets- 1/2 kg
உப்பு / Salt - to taste
எண்ணை / oil - to fry
பூண்டு / Garlic- 3 tbsp ( finely chopped)
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 tbsp( grated)
சோள மாவு / Corn flour- 4 tbsps
மைதா மாவு / Maida / All purpose flour- 4 tbsps
சோயா சாஸ் / Soya sauce- 3 to 4 tsps
மிளகாய் சாஸ் / Red chili sauce- 3 tsps
தக்காளி கெச்சப் / Tomato ketchup- 3 tsps
வெங்காயத்தாள் / Spring onion- 5 to 6 tbsps ( cut)
Method:
Cut cauliflower in equal sizes.
Wash & drain the water in the cauliflower. Heat water in a pan & add little salt. Cook cauliflower in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes with a lid. After 4 minutes drain the water in a colander.
Cool the same.
Take corn flour & Maida in a bowl. Add ginger paste & little salt. Mix the same. Then add florets to that & mix it thoroughly to coat the flour in all florets.
Heat oil in a Kadhai & fry all florets twice so that it becomes crispy. Fry one batch , take out while they are half fried, then again fry once they are little warm.
Making of sauce:
Keep oil in Kadhai & add garlic. Fry them till they are brown. Add little onion & salt . Sauté them nicely.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce & tomato ketchup & sauté nicely. Mix corn flour in a bowl & add water to make a slurry. Then add this slurry to the sauces & mix. Add spring onion also. Add little water to get a nice liquid sauce& boil the same for 2 minutes. Then add fried florets to that & mix well.
Lastly add more spring onion on top and serve hot . This is the best starter recipe & all will love it. Try the same & give your feedback.
