This video is a look at my week and prepping, backing and packing I do each week in the bakery I run from my apartment, Bageriet Lördag, The Saturday Bakery!

This week was particularly good and chill! After a few weeks of drama (No oven! No elevator! No Mathilda!) we are back to business as usual and it felt sooooo good!!!

WHAT IS BAGERIET LÖRDAG??
Bageriet Lördag is a small pop-up bakery in Stockholm, Sweden where you can preorder handmade Swedish & American-inspired pastries. We’re only open on Saturdays, and everything is baked to order in my apartment kitchen!
Preorders open every Tuesday at 12:00 noon (Swedish time) and close on Wednesday—or earlier if we sell out. Follow me on Instagram for weekly menus and order updates!
