Imp - Please do 10-15 minutes Warmup exercises before starting this routine

Take 3-5 min rest between exercises
a) Regular Squats
4 sets of 8-15 reps
or
Jump Squats
4 sets of 8-15 reps
or Both
b) Eccentric Pistol Squat
4 sets of 5-8 reps each side
c) Walking Lunges
4 sets of 8-15 reps each side
or
Stationary Reverse Lunges
4 sets of 8-15 each side
d) Glute Bridges
4 sets of 15-25 reps
or
Single Leg Glute Bridges
4 sets of 8-15 each side
e) Wall Sit
4 sets of 30-60 seconds hold
