Hey friends and welcome back to the gains!
My clients have been working hard during our sessions and it inspired me to make more videos to help them stay consistent outside of our training with take home workouts.
In this video I demonstrate 4 different workouts with reps and sets that you can do at home to strengthen the muscles needed for a good back tuck.
Equipment wise you will need:
-thin bands for knee drives
-a block or box for box jumps
-a pull up bar
You can do these workouts multiple times/week to see progress and increase the reps or sets as you get stronger.
