Prenatal partner yoga invites connection within your relationship. It also helps support the expecting mother. Join us for this 30 minute prenatal partner yoga sequence which focuses on comfort and connection between you and your birth partner. You will practice breath awareness and partner yoga poses to help you relax your mind and body. This class will assist you and your partner to feel more in sync and at ease during this special time💕.
Wear comfortable clothes you both can move in🙂. You may share a mat or use soft flooring such as carpet or a rug.
Postures are suitable for all trimesters. Modify as needed. A blanket is an optional prop for this class. Please consult your physician to assure exercise is appropriate for you at this time.
