今天我想跟大家講一下肩䄂肌群綜合症的復康訓練. 你會問我什麼是肩䄂肌群呢?用途是什麼的呢?其實肩䄂肌群的肌肉就是在我們的肩胛骨和手上臂在這個關節, 附在這裡這個關節的. 其實就是我們手上臂有幾條肌肉特別是我們稱為肩䄂肌群附在肩胛骨在我們前面的後面還有在手和鎖骨. 所以這個肩䄂肌群就是給我們提高手, 簡單講提高手幫我們的肩膀可以轉來轉去. 其實我們幾乎每天都用的譬如提高手梳頭, 我們的手可能是要拉門關門一些很簡單的動作其實都會用這個肩肌群, 但是為什麼會形成一些痛症呢?

Today topic is about rehabilitation for rotator cuff syndrome. You may ask me where is rotator cuff ? What is its purpose? Rotator cuff is a group of muscles at shoulder and scapula and the upper arm, attaching at this joint.The formation of this joint is actually our upper arm, it actually attaches to the scapula at the front and back, as well as to the arm and collarbone.
So this shoulder muscle group helps us raise our arm allows our shoulders to rotate. What specific movements do we use rotator cuff. We use it almost every day, like combing our hair. We might need to pull the door or close the door. But how does the pain and symptoms develop?
