Welcome to Day 11 of the 21-Day Movement Challenge! Today we’re focusing on arms and core stability in a short but powerful 16-minute workout built around two strength blocks.
We’ll start with a core-focused set to wake up your deep abdominals, obliques, and stabilizers. Then we’ll move into an upper-body block that targets shoulders, triceps, and biceps through controlled, intentional strength reps.
Weights are encouraged for this session - pick loads that feel challenging but allow you to move with control. You can always adjust up or down as needed. All moves can be modified to match your energy and experience level today!
