Welcome to Day 7 of the 21-Day Movement Challenge! Today is all about bodyweight cardio, boosting your energy, and getting a good sweat with simple, effective movements you can do anywhere.
This session is fast, fun, and completely equipment-free - perfect for when you need to get the workout in with little time! We’ll warm up with mobility and activation, then move into 40-second intervals that keep your heart rate up and your body feeling strong.
Move at a pace that feels good, breathe deeply, and enjoy this intentional burst of “you time.”

Warm-Up
• Jumping Jacks
• Squat Reaches
• Standing Hip CARs
• Lateral Lunges
Cardio Intervals — 40 sec on / 20 sec off
• Pop Squat
• Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive
• Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive (opposite side)
• Crab Reaches
• Half Human Makers
Repeat as needed to fill your time or push intensity.
