रबड़ीदार चावल की खीर|चावल की खीर बनाने की सबसे आसान विधि
Rawadi Dal Khir ek traditional Punjabi dessert hai jo chawal, dal, aur doodh se bani hoti. Yeh dessert bahut hi creamy aur swaadisht hoti hai. Yahaan iski banane ki vidhi hai:
Ingredients:
1 cup chawal (rice)
1/2 cup moong dal (split green gram)
4 cups doodh (milk)
1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
1/4 teaspoon ilaaychi powder (cardamom powder)
1/4 teaspoon kesar (saffron) threads, soaked in 1 tablespoon warm milk
2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
Dry fruits (optional)
Method:
1. *Chawal aur dal ko saaf karein*: Chawal aur moong dal ko achhe se dho kar 30 minutes ke liye bhigo dein.
2. *Chawal aur dal ko pakaayein*: Ek pressure cooker mein chawal aur dal ko 2 cups doodh ke saath daalkar 3-4 whistles aane tak pakaayein.
3. *Doodh aur cheeni daalein*: Ek heavy-bottomed pan mein baki doodh ko garam karein aur ismein cheeni daalkar achhe se mix karein.
4. *Paki hui chawal-dal mixture daalein*: Paki hui chawal-dal mixture ko doodh mein daalkar achhe se mix karein aur 5-7 minutes tak pakaayein.
5. *Ilaaychi powder aur kesar daalein*: Ilaaychi powder aur kesar (soaked in milk) daalkar achhe se mix karein.
6. *Ghee daalein*: Ghee daalkar achhe se mix karein aur 2-3 minutes tak pakaayein.
7. *Serve karein*: Rawadi Dal Khir ko garam ya thanda karke serve karein. Aap isey dry fruits se garnish kar sakte hain.
Tips:
Chawal aur dal ko achhe se pakaayein taaki mixture creamy ho jaye.
Cheeni ki quantity aap apne swad ke anusar adjust kar sakte hain.
Aap is dessert ko kesar aur dry fruits se garnish karke serve kar sakte hain.
