2 tsp of salt

1/2 of a small onion
1 and 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of corn starch
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
3/4 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of hot chilli powder
2 tbsp of peri peri sauce
1 tsp of chicken curry masala (ready made)
3 cups of vegetable oil for frying
600ml water
