Hey my loves! Are you ready for a deep burner?🔥 This is your final lower body workout of Strong & Balanced Vol. 2 — 45 minutes long. We’ll work with longer intervals to build volume and strength over time. All you need is a set of light to medium dumbbells and a mini band. If you’d like the full 50-minute version (with an added glute & core sequence), it’s linked below. And if you’re short on time, there’s also a shorter version to keep you on track. Let’s finish this session with full focus and steady effort from start to end. You’ve got this!
