Hey my loves. Welcome to Week 4, Day 9 of Strong & Balanced Vol. 2! Today’s lower body session keeps the same timing as last week, but we’re turning up the intensity with a burning new HIIT finisher. You’ll need light to medium dumbbells and a mini band for the added sequence.
