Welcome to Total Body Conditioning! This program includes full body toning and cardiovascular spikes to boost results and heart health. I often include a theme or focus but you'll feel the work everywhere:)
Any strength training should include accessibility for all levels with opportunities for modification as well as amplification; and that's just what I aim to do in every TBC workout. I offer you choices and you can always manage which weights to use.
Lighter Weights: Low Impact on smaller muscle groups with higher reps
Medium Weights: Something in your comfort zone that will challenge the muscle group but not lose form or quickly fatigue.
Heavier Weights: A Challenge. Fewer reps focusing on larger muscle groups and advance strength training.
More than anything - this program aims to still be enjoyable and with great music to keep you pushing.
