Welcome to Living Well After 60. This is my first video and it's more of an introduction to the channel. Again welcome!
This channel is about simple, realistic ways to stay active, feel better, and enjoy life as we get older — without extremes, gimmicks, or pressure.
Most of these videos will be walking and talking. No studio. No scripts. Just honest conversations about movement, health habits, mindset, sleep, energy, and the little things that make a big difference over time.
I’m not here to tell you what you should do. I’m just sharing what’s been helping me — what I’m learning, what I’m adjusting, and what feels sustainable after 60.
