Julian was very athletic from childhood, playing in soccer leagues. Sports were his hobby, but it was not a way of life until he grew up.
He became interested in serious physical training at the age of 17. The athlete stumbled across a YouTube video of a man doing variations of push-ups, handstands, and running. This does not require a gym or additional equipment.
Ever since his passion for fitness began, the athlete has always wanted to be different and go beyond what could be expected of a strong athlete. First, he started working on squats, push-ups, pull-ups, handstands and running.
After joining the United States Marine Corps at the age of eighteen, it was necessary to stay strong and be able to show yourself.
Mastered the basics of workout with bodyweight and then Julian moved on to more advanced exercises that require more practice and patience. Gradually added weight to the exercises. Workout is an integral part of life, the athlete tries to pay attention to the body every day.
The athlete's entire family is a former contract soldier: father, uncle, brother, nephew, all served and built a career in the marines. In his Instagram, he repeatedly mentioned his father, from whom he took an example and learned a lot from him.
Julian believes that variety in the workout is the key to progress.
His advice: when doing a workout with bodyweight, do the exercises in a circle, one after the other. This will make your training more difficult, but it will help train your muscles better, and will prevent stagnation in progress, and you will get more pleasure than with monotonous classes.
Athletes also workout legs both with weight and with bodyweight. He rarely does classical exercises in the gym, and most often invents various combinations of movements, combining them into one superset. Strength and speed indicators - jumping, jumping, running at speed and with resistance.
Handstand, different balances, this is one of my favorite coordination exercises. The athlete performs the handstand in various conditions: weights, logs, unstable surface. Push-ups in this position, even does push-ups with cotton.
From the time he joined the Marines, he believed that when it came to physical fitness, it meant being good at everything at once - a versatile soldier. Running, upper body strength, legs, muscular endurance, flexibility and athleticism.
Many people, seeing an athlete for the first time, assume that he is either a professional bodybuilder or a strongman. But weight is only one of the varieties of worout. Fitness is so versatile that if you are inventive and add variations, you will never get bored, and you can achieve great results.
Julian constantly takes new professional development courses for career growth in various areas. In the concept of a marine, he invests both mental and physical qualities. Develops communication skills and assumes responsibility, management tasks for further command of recruits.
