你有沒有坐骨神經痛,坐骨神經痛就是坐骨神經受壓,令到大腿小腿出現痛楚,嚴重的也會出現腿麻痹。之前在不同的視頻都有講關於坐骨神經痛,但現在我想用一種站立的方法去做運動,針對性是醫治坐骨神經痛。

Dr. Joe 會教大家6招立式坐骨神經運動。如果沒有這問題也可以每日就會有幫助。如果做的時候又痛又不舒服就要停,不要勉強!
