Hey there!
I wanted to share with you all today an Ankle Exercise that has helped me build back some strength and flexibility after bad sprangs on both of mine. You can do it pretty much anywhere and requires no equipment. Certain Skills in Roller Skating really require you to have strong ankles and to help prevent injury it's a great idea to do simple exercises. I'll see you again soon.
