低筋面粉 30克
可可粉 10克
热水(70-80度)15克
植物油 25克
牛奶 25克
细砂糖 35克
少量柠檬汁
可可粉 15克
奶油(混合可可粉) 50克
糖粉 20克
奶油(打发用)300克
☘️ 预热烤箱145C/295F; 先145C/295F烘烤40分钟,然后转160C/320F烤6-8分钟
请根据自家烤箱情况,调整烤箱温度和时间

3 small eggs (50-55g/each with shell)
Cake flour 30g
Cocoa powder 10g
Hot water (70-80C) 15g
Vegetable oil 25g
Milk 25g
Caster sugar 35g
Lemon juice
Cocoa powder 15g
Cream (mix with cocoa powder) 50g
Icing sugar 20g
Cream (for whipping) 300g
☘️ Preheat oven to 145C/295F; Bake at 145C/295F for 40 mins, then turn to 160C/320F and bake for 6-8 mins。
