Quick hip mobility class - In this quick class we explore our hip mobility in relation to hip flexion and external rotation (without involving the stretching of the hamstrings). We also explore the hip mobility involved in Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana (half bound lotus standing forward bend) using the wall and a chair for support.
