2 oz / 60 ml mezcal
0.75 oz / 22.5 ml acidulated watermelon
0.75 oz / 22.5 ml orange liqueur (dry curacao)
dash of agave nectar
3 drops of 20% saline solution

LEMONCELLO SPRITZ
2 oz / 60 ml lemoncello (https://bit.ly/threefold-lemoncello)
2 oz / 60 ml prosecco
3 oz / 90 ml soda water
pinch of salt
squeeze of lemon juice

RHUM PUNCH
1 oz / 30 ml aged rhum agricole
0.75 oz / 22.5 ml light-bodied red wine
0.5 oz / 15 ml lemon juice
0.25 oz / 7.5 ml gum syrup

LION’S TAIL
2 oz / 60 ml bourbon whiskey
0.5 oz / 15 ml allspice dram (RECIPE:    • Instant Allspice Dram Recipe and Traditional  )
0.5 oz / 15 ml lime juice
1 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
