Rejuvenate body and mind with this well-rounded yin yoga practice for the whole body. The practice begins with a few minutes of centering breathing and relaxation before shifting into a short somatic warmup. It then settles into the yin sequence, where postures are held for 3 minutes each with 1 minute rebounds. The practices finishes with an extended period for deep relaxation in savasana and seated meditation.
