Had to to do this iso 2 days in a row since dealing with the chain issue yesterday, so I was obviously weaker since I didn't rotate exercises. This chain setup is so much easier to deal with though so it's worth destroying my elbow flexor another day to test it. Now on to something else for a day or two to see how it holds up!
