• increase blood flow
• open up the hips and spine
• activate glutes and legs
• get you ready to train without wasting time
Warm-up exercises:
Squat to Reach
Standing Alternating Toe Touches
Side Lunges
Cat & Cows
90 - 90s
Glute Bridges
No equipment. No jumping. Just movement that prepares your body to work.
