This workout is challenging and super sweaty, we will be supersetting each exercise with a kettlebell swing, YAY!!🔥 10 Min Full Body Kettlebell Swings Supersets - All Standing (Intermediate) and can be repeated 2-3 times in one session.

This workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for strong beginners as well.

🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you.
