This routine aims at full body strength endurance and contains both bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. It is not so much a regular workout (although you can do it every week) as a workout you can do when on holiday, with access to only one Kettlebell. Naturally, when on holiday, you'll take your snatch-size kettlebell (meaning the Kettlebell that you can snatch 100 times in 5 minutes) it's the most useful size if you've only got one.
