Thank you for joining me during this Bedtime Yin Yoga series. Day 2 is creating curiosity as you soften into this this practice.
This is beginner friendly series designed for you to get curious and calm your nervous system before bed.
To maximize comfort and cozy, I highly encourage you to use 2-3 pillows and a blanket or two.
I recommend waiting about an hour after eating before practicing.
