Stronger Seniors Strength workout is a unilateral strength training with one light weight. We usually do our daily activities in life with one arm reaching to the back seat, or wiping a table, or picking up an object, and this program is designed to train for these every day functional activities.
Equipment: one small dumbbell, or water bottle.
Keep muscles and joints limber while watching TV or reading with these short, simple stretches. Avoid that stiffness when getting up from the sofa.
Stronger Seniors® is a chair exercise workout program which can be done seated or standing. It is designed specifically for seniors, limited mobility, chronic illness, beginners, rehab, and post-surgery to increase strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health.
