Calisformation Day 110: 30 Minutes of EMOM Hell (Pull-ups, Chin-ups & Dips) 🥵

Welcome to Calisformation Day 110!
It’s Thursday, which means Endurance Day. Last week, I combined Pull-ups and Chin-ups, but today I decided to separate them into their own 10-minute EMOMs to increase the difficulty. It turned into a 30-minute marathon that completely fried my grip.
Today's Workout:
EMOM 10 Min Pull-ups: 9 sets of 6, last set 5. (Total: 59 reps).
EMOM 10 Min Chin-ups: Overestimated my energy here. Dropped to 5 and 4 reps, but fought back to 6 in the end. (Total: 51 reps).
EMOM 10 Min Dips: 9 clean sets of 12. The last set was a struggle, but I got the numbers. (Total: 120 reps).
Australian Pull-ups: Improved performance despite the fatigue (Drop sets included).
Dead Hangs: Grip was dead, so I stuck to 3 minutes total instead of increasing to 5.
The Strategy: I am going to keep "farming" these numbers (6 reps for pulls/chins, 12 for dips) every week until I can hit all 10 rounds with perfect form. Only then will I increase the reps.
