Easy Homemade Butter Croissants | Air Fryer | Tuna Salad | Potato Wedge Fries | Stockpile Dinner

Today Annie and Julianne will take you an afternoon of preparing dinner from our prepping pantry, including fancy tuna salad, potato home fries in our Blazant air fryer, and made-from-scratch butter croissants! The croissants can be intimidating, but Julianne has perfected a recipe that makes them much easier! She'll take you step by step through the process.

Here's the recipe for the Croissants:

4 cups all-purpose flour (more for dusting)
1 1/2 tablespoons instant yeast
6 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup warm milk (around 100 degrees)
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup salted, softened butter (for layering between dough circles)
egg yolk for egg wash

In stand mixer, combine half of the milk, all of the yeast and all sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the milk, salt, flour and let rise for 1 hour.

Divide dough into 14-16 even pieces. Roll out into small circles. Layer the dough circles with generous butter between. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 395 degrees. Roll out chilled dough into a large circle. Cut into 18 even triangles. Roll them into croissant-shaped rolls. Place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rise 30 minutes.

Egg wash with egg yolk. Bake on top rack of over for 20 minutes!
