Yoga for chronic illness. A gentle 20-minute yoga sequence for those living with chronic illness or recovering from chronic illness or surgery. It's specially designed for people living with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, insomnia, lupus, lyme, and related illnesses. The entire sequence is done on the floor either lying down or seated. There are no standing postures.
Apologies for the poor sound quality in this video! It's a bit old and was filmed in a noisy area! The sequence is still one of my favourites :)
