Start on hands and knees with strong shoulders.
Hands can be flat on the ground or holding onto weights/in fists to take pressure off the wrists.
Exhale to engage the pelvic floor and core as you lift one weight from the ground, keeping the spine as still as possible.
Notice the abdominal wall engage and lift to hug baby through the move, then relax down in between reps.
