Gochujang Cauliflower And Noodles | Classic Korean Flavours |

This Gochujang Cauliflower stir fry is yet another reason for always picking up a cauliflower when you are shopping. This super food combined with classic Korean flavours is often my go to appetizer or even main dish. Here I am adding noodles to turn this into a main meal....so, let's get cooking

Ingredients for Gochujang Korean Cauliflower : Classic Korean Flavours :

For the stir fry:
1/2 cauliflower cut with medium florets
1 red onion diced
6 medium mushrooms chopped
2 heaped tsp tomato paste
Packet of Singapore style noodles
1/2 red capsicum chopped
1 tbsp of raw sugar
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (optional)

For the Gochujang sauce:
1 tsp gochujang ( Korean red chili sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp raw sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp red wine vinegar
3 cloves of garlic minced
Combine the above in a Pyrex jug

Garnish:
Spring onions sliced on the angle
Toasted sesame seeds
