Core workout
This week's core workout from #GoRowIndoor instructor Clare is a short, sharp one. Bodyweight only exercises are on the bill so all you need is a mat and some energy.
You'll be doing 40 seconds of one exercise straight into 20 seconds of another complementary exercise. In round two, reverse the order of the exercises so overall you've done one minute of each exercise:
Plank - press ups
Mountain climbers - knee to opp elbow
Side plank - side lifts L
Side plank - side lifts R
V sit hold - Seated twist
Crunch - hold
