This quick morning yoga flow should help wake up your mind and body. We’ll stretch from head to toe, to release any tightness or tension from the night before.
The asanas I’ve chosen can be both grounding and energising, so should hopefully leave you feeling calm, present and awake.
We include seated Cat Cow, Tabletop, Downward Facing Dog, Cobra, Child’s Pose and a Seated Twist.
This class is suitable for all levels and you won’t need any props.
