2022年10月北海道（札幌・支笏湖・洞爺湖方面）へ両親と親子旅した模様です。その際、札幌市中央区円山公園付近にある『すし善：本店』へ行ったvlogです。

すし善はすすきのの地で昭和四十六年に開業。
江戸前の寿司は、〆る、焼く、蒸す、煮る、漬けるなど手間暇をかけ、丁寧に仕上げられています。

店主・嶋宮勤 氏が、平成20年度に卓越した技能者厚生労働大臣表彰「現代の名工」を受賞された名店中の名店！
厚生労働省の「現代の名工」の認定にあたり、『長年、すし料理人として従事し、特に伝統的な仕込みの技能や握り寿司の技能を有し、また海外まで目を向けて後進の指導にあたり若手育成に情熱を注いでいる。』ということが認定の趣旨とのこと。
第16部門（飲食調理及び接客サービスの職業）での表彰となりました。

Mr. Tsutoshi Shimamiya, the owner of the store, was awarded the "Contemporary Master Craftsman" award of the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare for outstanding technicians in 2008!

In the certification of "modern master craftsman" by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, "I have been engaged as a sushi chef for many years, especially with traditional preparation skills and nigiri sushi skills, and I am passionate about training young people when teaching backwards overseas." That is the purpose of the certification.
It was an award in the 16th category (food and beverage cooking and customer service occupation).
