Knowing what to eat when you're lean bulking doesn't have to be hard!
In this video I'm taking you through a FDOE of what I eat in a day to gain weight while minimising fat gain on an easy bulking diet.
The protein in each meal will be on screen and I also show you the best supplements I take on a daily basis.
I started with a small calorie surplus of around 300-500 calories above the calories I need to maintain my current weight, which has been increasing over the bulking series on my channel as I progress on my lean bulk. This week I've been on a mini diet break from bulking so make sure you watch till the end of the video to find out why this is a beneficial strategy to include in your bulking phase to get more optimal long term results! ♡
