Knowing what to eat when you're lean bulking doesn't have to be hard!
In this video I'm taking you through what I eat in a day to gain weight while minimising fat gain on an easy bulking diet.
I'm starting with a small calorie surplus of around 300-500 calories above the calories I need to maintain my current weight, which will increase over time as I progress on my lean bulk.
