This 90’ Flow class with Rachel guides you into deeper openings to prepare you for Compass Pose/Surya Yantrasana, Viśvamitrasana—our side bend side plank variation, and Maksikanagasana/Grasshopper Pose. This class explores lateral spinal movements, and is great for any lower back pain, front abdominal tightness, and scoliosis.
This class is intended for those with an intermediate/advanced practice and understanding of their breath as we move through challenging openings, arm balances, and inversions. At any point in the practice, feel free to pause the video and take a child’s pose until your breath becomes steady. This film does not guide you through Savasana, but you are encouraged to take a 10 min relaxation or meditation at the end of the sequence.
