This workout focuses on light, joyful movement to improve mobility, balance, and coordination while gently raising the heart rate. We’ll move with awareness, connect movement with breath, and stay present throughout the session without pushing intensity or strain.
The goal of this session is not to work harder, but to move more consistently. You’ll build mobility, feel warmer, and shift your state through simple, low-impact movement that supports both body and mind.
Conditions don’t need to be perfect to move your body. Ten minutes of mindful, playful movement like this can help you feel better, stay consistent, and reconnect with yourself no matter what’s happening around you.
